North East Link

When I read about the North East Link I can’t help feel a better approach would be to extend to ring road at Greensborough to connect with East Link. That would remove a great amount of traffic from the roads where they use the short cut from Bulleen to Greensborough. The North East Link would remove some of this traffic but possibly create a problem in the Watsonia area. Connecting the ring road to East Link would remove the need for the short cut and the North East Link.
